1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TLS Viewer ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of TLS Viewer.

2. Description of the App

TLS Viewer is a professional NDI (Network Device Interface) video monitoring application developed by Tech Lab Studio for iPhone and iPad. The App enables users to discover and view NDI video streams on their local network. It is intended for use by video production and broadcast professionals.

3. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Tech Lab Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TLS Viewer for your personal or professional purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App

4. Intellectual Property

TLS Viewer and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Tech Lab Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The NDI technology used within the App is provided under license from Vizrt (formerly NewTek) and is subject to their respective terms.

5. Local Network Usage

TLS Viewer requires access to your local Wi-Fi network to discover and receive NDI video streams. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App on any network is authorized. Tech Lab Studio is not responsible for any unauthorized access to networks or streams facilitated through your use of the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

TLS Viewer is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Tech Lab Studio does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tech Lab Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use TLS Viewer, even if Tech Lab Studio has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
