This Privacy Policy describes how Tech Lab Studio ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the TLS Viewer application ("App") for iPhone and iPad.

TLS Viewer is a professional NDI (Network Device Interface) video monitoring application designed for use on local networks. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information the App accesses and how it is used.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

TLS Viewer does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal information. Specifically, the App does not collect:

• Personal identifiers (name, email address, phone number, etc.)
• Location data
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Usage statistics or analytics
• Crash reports or diagnostic data
• Browsing history or search history
• Audio, video, or sensor data
• Financial or payment information
• Any other personal or non-personal data

3. Local Network Access

TLS Viewer requires access to your local Wi-Fi network solely to discover and receive NDI video streams from devices on the same network. This functionality:

• Operates entirely within your local network
• Does not transmit any data to external servers
• Does not communicate with Tech Lab Studio or any third party
• Does not store network information on our systems

All NDI stream data is displayed in real time and is never saved, recorded, or transmitted outside your local network by the App.

4. Third-Party SDKs and Frameworks

TLS Viewer uses the NDI SDK provided by Vizrt (formerly NewTek). The NDI SDK operates locally and does not transmit data to Vizrt or any other third party through our application. No third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs are included in TLS Viewer.

5. Children's Privacy

TLS Viewer is a professional tool intended for use by video production and broadcast professionals. The App does not collect any data from users of any age, including children under the age of 13, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Apple's guidelines.

6. Data Security

Because TLS Viewer does not collect or transmit any user data, there is no personal information at risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction through our systems.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
